The first few days of this program will try to inculcate some habits in you and the second half will help you build these healthy habits into a lifestyle. Some of these might seem simple, but this course is designed in in a way you consciously focus on one or 2 habits in a day for a reason. Slow and steady wins the race, so lets go slowly and consciously and not hurry and lose the race like the proud Hare(Rabbit). Habits could be difficult to change but the good news is that once you change them, the new habit prevails.
